Mobile Deposit

How it works

  1. Endorse your check with the phrase: “For Mobile Deposit Only.”
  2. Take clear photos of the front and back of your check.
  3. Submit the deposit through the mobile app.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation once your deposit has been received.

After you receive confirmation that full credit has been received, please destroy the original check for your protection or write “VOID” on the front of the check.

Funds availability

The checks you deposit are subject to the Bank’s Funds Availability Policy, and your funds will be available pursuant to that policy. As with paper checks, the institution the check is drawn on may return the item for insufficient funds or other reasons; returned items will be handled in the same manner as paper checks.

Tips for a successful deposit

  • Place the check on a flat, dark surface in good lighting.
  • Ensure the image is in focus and all four corners are visible.
  • If you receive an error, wait a few minutes and try again
